Application of the Month
Tyre Orientation & Model Identification Using Vision Sensor: The model selection is done in HMI. Orientation of the tyre is identified by the line at the bottom and Model is identified based on the line color. Upon trigger the Vision Sensor captures the image and checks for the Orientation & line color and gives OK signal. If the Orientation of the tyre is placed wrongly in the fixture, Vision Sensor gives NG signal & halts the process. Contact us for similar application requirements.
